CIEEL is directed by a five-member Administrative Board. The Board is made up of the President, the Director, a person representing the Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Thessaloniki Bar Association, and the Ministry of Economy and Finance respectively. The Secretary of the Cieel appear at meetings of the Board with a consultative vote. The Director, the Secretary and the representative of the Ministry are assigned by the Minister of Economy and Finance. The other members are assigned by their respective agencies.
